1. Definitions and Interpretation

In this terms and conditions document, the following words and expressions carry the meanings stated unless the context requires a different interpretation:

• "bm96" refers to the online platform operating under international licensing, accessible via the website https://bm96.one and related applications.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account at bm96.
• "Platform" refers to the full suite of bm96 online services including casino, slots, sports betting and all available features.

3. Account Registration

The bm96 account registration process is subject to the following terms and obligations:

• Each individual is only permitted to register one account. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation of these terms and will result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Users must provide accurate, complete and current information during registration including full name as per identity card, date of birth, mobile phone number and a valid email address.
• The account password is the exclusive responsibility of the user. Users are not permitted to share login details with any other party under any circumstances.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the bm96 platform are processed according to the following terms:

• Minimum deposit: RM20 for all payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX (online banking), Boost, ShopeePay, USDT, BTC and ETH.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 for all available payment methods.
• Withdrawal processing time: Usually within 5-30 minutes after the withdrawal request is approved by the bm96 finance team.
• bm96 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving withdrawal requests for security purposes and compliance with anti-money laundering procedures.
• Deposited funds may only be withdrawn to the same payment method or a method that has been verified in the name of the registered user.
• Any attempt to deposit funds using a payment method belonging to a third party is prohibited and may result in account freezing.

5. Bonus and Promotion Terms

• The wagering requirement is 20 times the bonus amount received. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is fully completed.
• Only one welcome bonus is permitted per new user. Users who register multiple accounts to obtain additional bonuses will forfeit all related bonuses and balances.
• bm96 reserves the right to modify, withdraw or discontinue any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, except for offers that are currently in active use.
• The bm96 VIP programme covers four tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.4%), Silver (up to 0.8%), Gold (up to 1.1%) and Platinum (up to 1.5%). Progression between tiers is based on the player's activity and wagering records.
• Cashback is calculated based on net weekly losses and credited to the account according to a set schedule. Credited cashback has no additional wagering requirement.

6. Game Rules

The use of all games and betting on the bm96 platform is subject to the following general rules:

• All games are run using a certified random number generator (RNG) or precise live data sources for live casino games. Game results are final and cannot be disputed.
• bm96 is not responsible for any technical disruptions that occur outside the platform's control. If a disruption happens during an active game, bm96 will assess the situation fairly and provide an appropriate resolution.

7. User Conduct

Users of the bm96 platform are required to interact with the platform and other users within the set boundaries:

• Users are prohibited from using threatening, abusive, or offensive language in any of the platform's communication channels, including support live chat.
• Any attempt to exploit software bugs, system weaknesses, or technical loopholes to gain unauthorised advantage is a serious violation.
• Collusion between players — that is, sharing information or cooperating between two or more players to gain an unfair advantage — is prohibited and may result in account closure for all parties involved.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

bm96 has the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances:

10. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
